The Membership Chairman or Treasurer will make several attempts to contact the member to insure that it is the intent of the member to resign. If there is no response, member benefits are cancelled.

The NCBBA Constitution requires members to return their plates if they no longer wish to be members or allow their dues to lapse. NCBBA member numbers are consecutive and are not re-issued to new members. Memberships that have been deleted may be reinstated, maintaining the original member number, by paying a reinstatement fee.
