Is my donation to NCBBA and/or the NCBBA Legal Fund tax deductible? NCBBA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Charitable Organization and may accept donations from all donors. NCBBA will provide all documentation to the donor acording to IRS rules. Donation may be made using the CONTRIBUTE button on this website, by US Mail: PO Box 189, Nags Head, NC 27959 or in person at any NCBBA event. Legal Fund contributions may be made at any time and are only used to maintain "free and open beach access". |
