Wednesday, 15 April 2009 17:22
NCBBA is not a fishing club but consists of ‘like minded folks’ that access and recreate in many ways on the beaches of the Outer Banks. Our members enjoy Fishing, shelling, kayaking, wind surfing and a host of other salt water activities but are joined in ‘Preserving Free and Open Beach Access’.
