Information: I am a native of Norfolk, Virginia and have lived in Kill Devil Hills for 17 years, the last 10 years with her husband, Dave. She has been the Membership Director since 2002 and is responsible for the Photo Contest and Red Drum Tournament Book. Carol is a member of many other beach access organizations which include Cape Hatteras Anglers Club, Outer Banks Preservation Association, Nags Head Surf Fishing Club, Assateague Mobile Sportfishermen Association, Delaware Mobile Surf Fishermen, Cape Lookout Mobile Sportfishermen, Recreational Fishing Alliance and is a NCBBA delegate for United Mobile Access Preservation Association. In addition to these groups, she is also a member of the Eagles and a Life Member of VFW 4809 Ladies Auxiliary. Carol works at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia, Monday through Thursday each week and responds to messages on Friday, Saturday and Sunday if not involved in other NCBBA activities.
